Research alignment
McMaster University
Our program design and evidence base are informed by the resistance training and aging research of McMaster University's Exercise Metabolism Research Group — one of the world's leading centres for protein metabolism, muscle aging, and sarcopenia research.
This reflects alignment with published research, not a formal institutional endorsement. We do not claim McMaster affiliation or endorsement unless a formal advisory or research relationship is established and publicly disclosed.
Partner with JWI
Technology and organizational partnerships.
We are open to in-kind technology partnerships, organizational co-delivery arrangements, and research collaboration. All proposals are evaluated against our compliance framework and beneficiary-first mandate. Most grant-funded wellness programs report impressions. JWI is built to report per-participant measures across a structured, evidence-based 12-week curriculum, on a framework we published before holding any results.
