Jasclair Wellness Institute operates under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act as federal corporation 1641314-5, incorporated in May 2026, with its registered office in Surrey, British Columbia.
This page sets out how the organization is constituted, how we handle conflicts of interest, and what documentation we make available to funders and partners.
How JWI is governed
Beneficiary-first mandate
JWI is a non-profit corporation with no shareholders and no product to sell. Program decisions are made on what serves participants aged 55 to 70, not on what grows a subscription base. Participation is free, and our education is free to read with no sign-up or account.
Conflict of interest
Any relationship that could create a conflict of interest is documented in writing and disclosed to funders whose money is at stake. Our in-kind technology arrangement is documented specifically so that program design, curriculum, and participant communications stay free of commercial influence.
What we publish
Our incorporation details are on this page. Partnership terms are on the Partners page. Our measurement framework, including a plain statement of what our numbers will and will not prove, is published on the Impact page before we hold any results. Governance documents and a budget go to funders and partners on request.
